Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

For change-of-mind purchases or customer-selected sizing issues, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Eligible items may be exchanged, subject to availability, or returned for store credit.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or we send you the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping procedures vary by country. Once your request is approved, we will confirm whether you need to arrange the return shipment or whether MAÜLLO will provide a courier service or return label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

To request a return or exchange, email BEWILD@MAULLO.CO with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Please include clear photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
