1. About MAÜLLO

MAÜLLO is operated by THE Maullo Trading, a business licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of maullo.co and your purchase of products from MAÜLLO.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. If you are under the legal age of majority in your country, you may only use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete.

4. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, photographs, descriptions, measurements and specifications accurately.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings. As many of our products include distinctive fabrics, finishes or handmade details, minor variations may occur.

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it or guarantee its availability.

We may update, modify or discontinue products at any time.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect product or pricing information;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;

  • Payment failure;

  • Delivery restrictions; or

  • Orders that appear to be intended for unauthorised resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Prices, Currency and VAT

Our store’s base currency is United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Prices displayed in other currencies may be automatically converted for convenience. Currency conversions are estimates and may change according to the applicable exchange rate. The final currency and amount payable will be displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website include applicable UAE VAT.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. MAÜLLO does not directly store complete payment-card details.

If a payment is declined or cannot be authorised, your order may not be processed.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or communicated before your order is completed.

Free-shipping thresholds may vary between the UAE and international destinations. The applicable threshold will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for being available to receive the order. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal to accept a shipment may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

9. International Orders, Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes and related charges.

MAÜLLO does not control these charges and cannot predict their value. Customers should contact their local customs authority for further information before ordering.

A refusal to pay customs charges does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Any eligible refund may be reduced by shipping, return, customs or handling costs incurred by MAÜLLO, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at bewild@maullo.co.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, prepared or dispatched.

11. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is published separately on the website and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.

For change-of-mind purchases or customer-selected sizing issues, eligible items may be exchanged, subject to availability, or returned for store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method in these circumstances.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, including where MAÜLLO sends the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible. Appropriate remedies will be provided in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including expiry dates, eligible products, minimum spending requirements or usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined;

  • A discount code cannot be applied after an order has been completed;

  • Promotions are subject to product availability;

  • Promotions have no cash value; and

  • We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by an error, technical issue, misuse or suspected fraud.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available through the website, including the MAÜLLO name, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, videos, text, product names and website layout, is owned by or licensed to THE Maullo Trading and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Content may only be accessed for personal, non-commercial use. It may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published or used commercially without our prior written permission.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or related systems;

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology;

  • Scrape or systematically collect website content without permission;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Submit false or misleading information; or

  • Use MAÜLLO’s content or intellectual property without authorisation.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

15. Third-Party Services

The website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including payment providers, delivery companies, analytics platforms and social-media services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or independent practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by service providers necessary to complete your order, process payment, deliver products, prevent fraud and operate the website.

17. Website Availability and Errors

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, availability errors or technical issues. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer the option to proceed with the corrected information or receive a refund.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

18. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAÜLLO will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from your use of the website or products.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, customs delays, severe weather, governmental action, labour disputes, internet outages or other force majeure events.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our business, services, policies or applicable laws.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will apply from the date they are published and will not retrospectively change orders already accepted unless required by law.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

21. General Provisions

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the policies referenced within them, constitute the agreement between you and MAÜLLO concerning your use of the website and purchases made through it.
